OUR SERVICES

1:1 ONLine & in-person SERVICEs

Each one-on-one session is based on what you need and want.
As facilitators, we follow your lead.

We offer virtual sessions no matter where you are, and we offer in-person sessions in the Dallas, TX and Denver, CO metros.

Movement

We offer movement options to choose from based on your needs and preferences. Each practice is yours, and there is no one correct way to experience it. Trauma-informed and trauma-sensitive movement emphasizes your internal experience and sensations, as opposed to looking a certain way in certain shapes or poses.

Language

All language is invitational, and shapes and directions are guided by your own choices. As facilitators, we support your experience by holding space your choices.

Power

We function as a facilitator for your own experience as you’d like to curate it. Power is completely shared, and you are in charge. If you would like to do something different than initially offered, that is most welcome, and your practice might evolve over time. You’re always welcome to change your preferences and choices.
